Join us for the opening of the capsule photo exhibition - 1979 - by Estevan Oriol at Firmament this coming Friday, February 1st. As part of the 1979 project, the photographs on display are from the book by the same title. Utilizing the skills and credibility of photographer Estevan Oriol, it displays basketball as an urban and maverick game, providing a rich, broad range of images. This abstract, artistic depiction of the game is experienced by those who play it as a true metaphor of battle. Without violence, it focuses on skill, finesse and style as the tools for victory. This show will be live at Beinghunted.gallery shortly. The signed and framed photographs - from an edition of 20 - will be for sale in-store from February 1st and online in the following week.
