Last year Honda made available to the UK one of the coolest scooters on the street, the Zoomer. When the first batch of 20 came to the UK, designer Ben Wilson was quick to get one. Ben customized and transformed his stock Zoomer in to the ultimate 'urban trawler', fabricating racks for the front and back and treating it to a concrete textured paint effect.

This year see the launch of a special collaboration between Honda Zoomer, Stüssy UK and Ben Wilson Design. The result is a fleet of ten special edition Stüssy Zoomers exclusive to the Stüssy store UK

Ben Wilson talks about this project as a real labour of love. "We all really wanted this project to happen. We love the Zoomer and wanted to represent for the UK." Each bike is individually numbered and has been hand pinstriped with limited Stüssy graphics. "It's taken ages, but I'm really happy with the result."

The inspiration comes from classic 'kustom' culture, from hot rods and low riders to skate and BMX. The wood panelling - intricately lasered with specially designed Stüssy Zoomer graphics by Studio Oscar - draws from Stüssy's surf heritage. The bikes have also been hand pinstriped by Melliard.

Stüssy have provided their own limited addition MA-1 jacket with an embroidered Honda Zoomer patch, and each bike also comes with a limited edition numbered and lasered Stüssy Zoomer skateboard.
